Contracting entity
These Terms of Service govern use of Socimie, a service operated by Socimie LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Registered address: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
By creating or using a Socimie account, workspace or connected integration, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and use Socimie for legitimate business or professional purposes. If you use Socimie for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate access controls, protecting your Socimie credentials and ensuring that workspace members act within the permissions granted to them.
LinkedIn-specific responsibilities
LinkedIn connections must be authorized through LinkedIn’s official flows and may be used only for eligible Pages, organizations and advertising accounts for which you hold the required role. You remain responsible for content, replies, advertising activity and account permissions.
Socimie’s access to LinkedIn features depends on LinkedIn product approval, API permissions, account eligibility, quotas, rate limits and policy changes. LinkedIn may change or withdraw access independently of Socimie.
Your content and Socimie intellectual property
You retain the rights you hold in content, data, brands and other materials you provide. You grant Socimie the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, display and otherwise use those materials to provide the functions you request.
You represent that you have the rights and authority required for material submitted or connected through the service. Socimie LLC and its licensors retain all rights in the Socimie software, product design, documentation, branding and other proprietary materials.
Third-party integrations and availability
Third-party functions depend on provider APIs, approvals, account types, permissions, quotas, rate limits, product tiers, outages and policy changes outside Socimie’s control. Availability on an integrations page does not guarantee that a specific provider capability is available for every account.
Provider outages, revoked authorization, API changes or access restrictions may delay, reduce or remove functionality. You should verify consequential actions and information in the relevant provider system where appropriate.
AI, predictions and recommendations
Socimie may provide summaries, alerts, forecasts, policy findings, budget intelligence, optimization recommendations and other decision-support outputs. These outputs are advisory and may contain errors, incomplete information or uncertainty.
Socimie predictions are not LinkedIn, Meta, Google, TikTok, X or any other provider’s official decision or factual statement unless expressly identified as provider-supplied data. They are not legal, financial or advertising-compliance advice and do not guarantee approval, compliance, campaign performance or business results.
You remain responsible for reviewing consequential recommendations before acting. Where Socimie offers a provider write action, it remains subject to the permissions, review and confirmation controls presented by the service.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to violate law, third-party rights or provider rules; interfere with the service; introduce malicious code; attempt to access another customer’s workspace or credentials; reverse engineer restricted portions of the service except where law expressly permits it; or use platform data for purposes incompatible with the authorization under which it was obtained.
Plans, billing and changes
Paid plans, included capacity, subscription terms and prices are those presented at checkout or in an applicable order or agreement. Socimie may change plans or prices prospectively, subject to applicable notice and mandatory rights. Taxes, refunds, renewals and payment-processing terms are governed by the checkout terms or applicable written order when billing is enabled.
Suspension and termination
Socimie may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected misuse, non-payment, provider restrictions, legal requirements or material breach of these terms. Where reasonably possible and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
You may stop using Socimie and disconnect integrations at any time. Data handling after termination remains subject to the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion process.
Service disclaimers
Socimie is provided subject to the availability of its own systems and third-party providers. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, permanently available or suitable as the sole basis for consequential publishing, advertising, compliance, financial or business decisions.
Liability, governing law and mandatory rights
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory consumer, data-protection or other rights apply and cannot lawfully be excluded or displaced.
Any applicable order form, data processing agreement or separate enterprise agreement may contain additional liability, indemnity, dispute-resolution, security, payment or termination terms. If such an agreement expressly conflicts with these terms, the specific written agreement controls for that conflict. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights where exclusion is prohibited by law.
