Contact Socimie Support
For product or integration help, email support@socimie.com. Include the affected workspace, provider, approximate time of the issue and a short description of what you were trying to do.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, refresh tokens, OAuth authorization codes, Client Secrets, API keys, recovery codes or raw provider payloads containing credentials.
Authorization was cancelled or not completed
If you cancel an OAuth authorization screen or close the provider flow before it finishes, Socimie will not treat the connection as successfully authorized. Start the connection again from Settings → Connections when you are ready.
If the provider displays a permission or product-access error, confirm that the account and application are eligible for the requested capability before retrying.
Page or organization permissions
If an eligible Page or organization does not appear, verify that the provider account you authorized has the required administrative or management role for that asset.
For LinkedIn, the authorized member must hold the role required by LinkedIn for the requested Page or organization action. Provider role changes may require reconnecting before Socimie can discover the updated authorization.
Advertising-account access
If an ad account is missing or reporting cannot be loaded, confirm that the authorized provider user has access to the ad account and the role required for the requested reporting or management capability.
Advertising features can also depend on separate provider product approval, developer access tiers and account eligibility. A successful social/Page connection does not automatically grant advertising access.
Reconnect an integration
Reconnect when authorization has expired, been revoked, changed roles or otherwise needs to be refreshed. Open Settings → Connections, select the provider and follow the reconnect flow.
Do not send credentials to Socimie Support. Authentication must be completed through the provider’s official authorization screen.
Rate limits and temporary provider errors
Social and advertising providers enforce rate limits, quotas and temporary service restrictions. If Socimie reports a temporary provider limit, wait for the displayed retry window before trying again.
Repeated retries do not bypass provider limits and may delay recovery. Persistent authorization or permission failures require an actual permission, account or reconnect fix rather than repeated requests.
Provider API or version updates
Provider APIs and policies change over time. Socimie may temporarily limit an integration while a required version, permission or policy update is being reviewed or deployed.
If a provider reports that an API version or product is unavailable, send Support the on-screen Socimie error or request reference. Do not send provider credentials.
Disconnect an integration
Open Settings → Connections, select the provider and choose Disconnect. Disconnecting stops future authorized synchronization and removes usable connection credentials for that connection.
You may also revoke Socimie directly in the provider’s authorized-app settings. Revocation and deletion of data already stored by Socimie are separate actions.
Delete connected-platform data
Use the provider-data deletion action in Socimie where available, or follow the public Data Deletion instructions. For a LinkedIn deletion request, keep the confirmation code shown by Socimie and include that code if Support assistance is required.
Never include an access token, password or OAuth code in a deletion request.
Security or privacy issues
Security concerns can be sent to security@socimie.com. Privacy and data-rights requests can be sent to privacy@socimie.com.
If you believe credentials have been exposed, revoke or rotate them through the relevant provider immediately before contacting Support.
