Platform data use

How Socimie uses connected platform data

Socimie accesses platform data only through supported authorization and official data interfaces available to the connected user, account, Page, organization, channel, or advertising account.

Data Socimie may process

Depending on the platform, authorization, account type and enabled function:

  • Connected account identifiers
  • Business, Page, profile, organization and channel identifiers
  • Content and publishing status
  • Campaigns and ads
  • Budget and spend information
  • Performance metrics
  • Comments and replies
  • Mentions and engagement
  • Authorized listening results
  • Policy relevance data
  • Administration and role information
  • OAuth tokens needed to maintain a connection

Why the data is used

Data is used only to provide, protect and support requested Socimie workflows.

  • Unified dashboard
  • Publishing and scheduling
  • Campaign management
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Ads monitoring
  • Authorized listening
  • Alerts
  • Budget Intelligence
  • Optimization Intelligence
  • Policy Guard
  • Integration troubleshooting

How AI may support the workflow

When an AI-backed capability is implemented and enabled, it may help organize and explain data Socimie is permitted to process. The current product foundation uses deterministic logic and mock data; production AI calls are not active.

Structure a user’s listening intent

Summarize permitted information

Classify themes

Detect meaningful changes

Generate understandable explanations

Produce advisory recommendations

Evaluate relevant policy impact

AI output does not make binding provider decisions, guarantee platform approval or execute consequential changes. Customer platform data is not represented as training public models without explicit authorization.

What Socimie does not do

Ask users for platform passwords

Access unrelated assets

Sell raw platform data

Scrape restricted content to bypass APIs

Conduct unrelated surveillance

Infer sensitive personal traits

Connect accounts without authorization

Removing access

The connection stays under user control.

Disconnecting stops a Socimie connection when that production workflow is available. Revoking provider authorization stops future authorized access. Deleting data stored by Socimie is a separate request and may require identity verification.

Platform-specific limitations

Functionality depends on platform policies, account types, API plans, approval status, granted permissions and data availability. Socimie does not claim complete listening coverage where a provider does not supply it.
